Why?

Well, I just had a telephone call that said an appointment for which I've been waiting weeks and was due to be on Wednesday has been cancelled.

It's for further tests in order to confirm what appears to be obstructive sleep apnoea, and so that I can have some treatment and therefore actually get some proper sleep for the first time in a very, very long time.

So now, I have to wait (weeks?) again for an appointment to come through the post.

Annoyed and upset just don't cover it. Neither does angry, to be quite honest. I am so so tired and I just want it sorted.

I thought perhaps directing some of that anger into a blip for today might help. It has. A little.
