Top O' The Town
In Stirling fairly early this morning so decided to take a walk up to the Top O' The Town before the tourists arrived.
We have been into Stirling on many, many occasions but today we noticed little details that we haven't before. Decorative bits on buildings etc.
This is a shot of the monument built in memory of Ebenezer Erskine a minister in Stirling in the 1730's. Behind it you can see the Old Town Jail which opened in 1874.
Just as we were heading to the shops the tourists started arriving by the coachfull. Sad to admit that they will probably visit inside and out places that we don't even notice and take for granted.
