Triathlete

Thank you so much for all the lovely comments about yesterday's shot of the water. I've told my other half how well received the blip with my new tripod was.

Today we went to see one of my other half's work mate competing in a triathlon. I hope this one shows the sheer effort involved in emerging from a swim, running up a steep hill, jumping on a bike and then pedalling along while still trying to get your shoes on.

I am in awe of everyone who took part, it's such a tough sport.

Unfortunately I couldn't use the tripod, so its back to my shaky hands. As you can see it was raining too. But still had a very enjoyable day in a beautiful location.
