Walking

should be easy - one foot in front of the other, and repeat - today (backblipped) was our first proper family walk - a 4 mile, 2 hour reasonably easy walk along the monsal trail and through Ashford and Bakewell according to the book - they didn't allow for two grumpy boys (and a whole lot of cyclists to avoid on the Monsal trail)

So here we are crossing the River Wye on the packhorse bridge at Bakewell, with at least a mile left to go and over two hours on the clock.

At least when I asked the boys they did say they enjoyed it, although obviously drama is a definite choice because they convinced me they didn't for at least half of it!

Lets hope some more walks convince them :-)
