Autumn Evening

Today we have done nothing. Well, when I say nothing I mean we've not be cutting grass of trimming shrubs but we did manage to get a few logs split.

Ww also had a surprise visit from a friend of ours who is recovering from a serious illness and did he look great. It was really great to see him and all the better for being a surprise.

I was also re-shooting some pictures I took years ago. I need them for a project I'm working but I've lost the original files - for lost read 'mislaid'. I see we've got some new bullet holes in the sign.

Anyway the play has started on Radio 3 so must dash.

...and it's suddenly feels like Autumn again
