Carding Mill Valley

Carding Mill Valley rises up behind Church Stretton to meet the Long Mynd. It's a challenging walk up to the top but well worth it for the views and it made a fitting end to our holiday in Shropshire. After tea and cake in one of the irresistible tea shops, it's back to the cottage to pack for the journey home tomorrow.
