Polaroid Model 80

The first from the 30 Series of smaller size Polaroid cameras, this model 80 Highlander was made from 1954 to 1957. It used peel-apart Polaroid Picture Roll Land film, long discontinued.
This camera is in almost mint condition. It has a lovely grey metal body with shiny chrome parts and has a nice weight to it. I find it beautiful.
In case anyone is wondering, this camera as well as most of the others I have been documenting are not worth much. They can be picked up at flea markets and garage sales for $10 or less. I just enjoy them as conversation pieces and additions to my home decor.
