Nothing to do with your Vorsprung durch Technik

I enjoyed a bit of Sunday parklife in Birkenhead Park this morning. The first civic park in Britain to be publicly funded, it opened in 1847 and the design, by Joseph Paxton, inspired the design of Central Park in New York.
