A DRIVE TO St ANDREWS
I went on another bun and run today wihout much trouble.
The coach was held up with road ups for one hour so Igot there at 1300hrs
It was a lot colder today especially by the coast. It was very busy as usual with people from every where. This is the SWILCAN BRIDGE that all the famous golfers cross on the way to the eighteenth. The main street was getting its cossie staines
[the name given to rectaglar stones for the road in SCOTLAND] relaid in one of the main street so that was not so good. There is alot to see including a castle and a abby thats in ruins.I only had a short time there, its wondrfull place.
A interesting fact the other day, was that the EDINBURGH FESTIVAL and the other festivals in the city, bring in more money into the country than golf.
I got for free with with bus pass, thanks to the scottish goverment. It would
have been twelve pounds return.
