Escape!

Escaped the shaky city and headed to Duncan Bay in the Marlborough Sounds. Was quite a drive and we didn't arrive till dark, so once the boys got to sleep, it was good to relax. The holiday house we rented was fantastic, and rather 70s in its style and furnishings. I loved the fireplace though. It even got cold enough to justify using it. The last thing we were expecting was to be woken at 1am with an earthquake!
