Through Jo's Lens

Yee-Har!

We had planned to go on the Horse Safari yesterday morning but the heavens opened and it rained, thundered & lightened. We had set off and were in the van but had to be taken back to our hotel because the weather was so bad.

It rained today too but we were told it would be okay. That's the weird thing...the rain would thunder down, then the sun would come out and the day would be glorious. We were lucky in that it rained just before our horse safari and then again, just after.

We all rode the horses but Jed and Rowan went on horses with guides. We went through rivers like proper cowboys. Great fun. The only down side is that we weren't allowed to take our own photos....only to buy the official ones which they took of us on the way around. (They cost £40 so we didn't bother.)
