Down Memory Lane . . .

Apart from smells it is these items that remind me of my childhood - my siblings and I spent our childhood in a Children's Home in Surrey when our parents marriage broke down.
I cherish the chair in the photo as it was my father's who kept in touch with us throughout our stay in the Home.
I received the two books as a young person - Enid Blyton's Four In A Family was given to me as a prize 'for good progress' at school at the age of 10 and the Pat Boone book I received as a Christmas present when I was 14 - he was my heart throb for many a long years.

I found this challenge amazingly difficult and yet very enjoyable!!
