Sometimes we fail

Strange day at work. Or not so strange after all.

We tried something new. A fresh start. Trying to facilitate a discussion to start from problem and how ideal world would look like. Instead of being fixed on a solution to a problem we all have different assumptions.

Failing miserably.

Well, that's what can happen. Hopefully we learnt something.
