A bakey + Cha Chaan Teng style food store (it is not really a Cha Chaan Teng but they sell take out lunch boxes with all those Cha Chaan Teng food) on Caine Road, mid-levels, Central.

I'll try to work on my "project: stores" again...

You'd see a much more local life in this project! No more shopping malls, but just simple, personal, family stores. ;p
