Power at last.

I have pictures of churches and swans today but they don't signify anything important to me, at least not in the way this picture does.

We have been waiting for weeks for the utilities to be laid in this development and they finally arrived today. We have had lots of site hassle today, more than you can imaging actually, but the electric cable, gas main and water pipe are all in this track. It will be a couple of weeks before connections get made to individual homes but it's a step in the right direction.

Anyway, home now for a shower and get all dressed up for a 40th party tonight. Should be good.
