Breakfast in the Smokey's

Having to do an early Blip today as we'll be on the road all day. Another 530 miles coming up.

Got into here late last night after covering just over 560 miles, and traveling through Alabama, bit of Georgia, and Tennessee.

Today is the semi hateful trip of 500+ miles on I-81. It's not the road that's the problem but the Law Enforcement in Virginia. There will be cops behind every bush. And when you get out of VA you enter West Virginia where it's wall to wall wankers in trucks. They will cut you up for fun, and the final 150 miles will be trucks running rolling road blocks - no matter what hurry you are in - you will be stuck by trucks - and it's only ever West Virginia trucks that do this.

I've also decided that the overtaking lane in the US is the same as the UK! It's on the right, or so you would think with the amount of people in the fast lane dawdling along. If Interstate were 3 lanes (rather than 2) I would have long since started lapping people for fun.
