Jacaranda tree.

True to form, my husband had his 'holiday-I-feel-sick-day' today so my sister came over and we just took the kids to a local park while he lazed in bed all day recuperated. Almost every street here is lined with these trees, which are covered in the most beautiful purple blossoms.

Thank you for still commenting on my blips, even though I am being very remiss in that department at the moment! Will be AWOL now for a few days. Not giving too much away but let's just say... what happens in Vegas...?!?
