The Last Rays

OK, I don't have the expansive view of the west for the sunset. Right now the sunset is at least behind the trees. Our heat wave isn't as hot today as it has been. It has certainly dried out everything so we've been spending most evenings watering the new things that's coming up in the garden. I'm so tired of watering already, and it's barely June. I know a couple of weeks ago I was a bit of a whiner about it being so wet here.. It's awfully hard to have that perfect garden weather haha.

One sad note, I have not seen my eastern bluebird mom & dad in a while. I'm afraid they have been run out of town by one of the other birds.. probably that carolina wren.... pooh..
