Brighton Pier

We didn't do any of these things. We went to a nice vegetarian cafe and had nachos and fudge cake. We wandered The North Laines and communed with commercial hippidome. We did go on the pier; I won a fiver on a fruit machine which we invested in silly ball games and ten penny waterfall. A seagull tried to steal a woman's noodles and made her scream. We had fish and chips on the beach and went to see our friend Mon in Kempton. It was a lovely afternoon with blue skies and hot sun. But for me Brighton will always be South London by Sea. I couldn't live there but it's nice to visit.
