Put on your best Mr T accent when you say that. Make your own mind up if this guy is extreemly brave or extreemly foolish.

I couldn't believe what i was seeing when driving past on my way into work this morning. Health and safety people would go mental if they saw this guy climbing out onto the ledge without a safety harness or a ladder. He just climbed out and started cleaning, then back in, closed the window and popped out the other side.

I wonder why the people in that office actually thought it OK to let someone climb out to clean windows! Wouldn't be me. I very much doubt a fall from that height would be a minor injury.
