Jane and I were in the High St and it looked as if the lunatics had taken over the asylum.
Junkies and drunks all over, no wonder no one comes here to shop.
In the space of 15 mins I saw 1 altercation with a crowd of not so young guys, 1 dog leading his master along the street, 2 young guys fighting over a can of super lager, I thought "mmm they must be filming Shameless or The Scheme here" ,but no just another morning in Dumbarton.
I hate this place
Luckily where we live people have a bit of pride in their streets so its not too bad.
I am not a snob or right wing, I have held socialist views since my youth, but there is an underclass of society with which I have nothing in common
This must be the BIG society Dave the salesman keeps telling us about.
Getting these people to work eh, you must be joking !!!!
