Ready to burst!!

Poppy at the base of a wall on our driveway!! Some have already come out, but I was more intrigued today by this one - maybe I will Blip it again tomorrow.

Good and bad day today - nice bit of lunch with the other half (and a well needed trip to the hairdressers on his part), but then some sad news about a lad I used to know - he drank in a pub I used to work in. He is sadly no longer with us, my thoughts are with his family and friends today - and for the coming weeks and months. I can't even claim to have known him very well, but he was always a gent :) RIP
