Ok, so I wasn't blipping from Wadi Rum but this is it. Amazing, fabulous, stunning, beautiful don't do it justice. It is one of my favourite places yet. Spent the night in a traditional bedouin camp. No shower/electricity/mobile signal/western loo - so it was basic but it was brilliant.

Delicious food, sweet tea, roaring camp-fire, warm hospitality and good company. I could have happily spent a couple more nights there. No need for a watch. The sun tells you when it's time....
