So, I am back blipping the whole of last week as I was in Spain. This is written on the 31st of may.

Calemaritos. Or in English, Baby Squid

These were so nice it is what I ate most in the holiday. Lightly battered and fried. Seasoned and served with aioli and lemon. Oh so simple and OH so nice!
