The roadies...

...are back out.

No urge to run recently, so went for a run!

6 miles on the road, for a change, just to spice things up. (Live life on the edge me)

Felt like 16 miles though. Not much give in these metalled roads. Think I'll have a word with my new town councillor, and get a spongy running lane thingy put down.

For those with eagle eyes, I'm sure you'll have noticed the new excellent waste pipe assembly in the background. Top craftsmanship.

(And yes my new half year resolution will be to put a little thought into taking photos)
