Looking in...
my fridge. Quite bare really. Luckily Mr Sainsbury's is delivering this evening. Hurray! I'll try to get a better blip for thechallenge later in the week.
After a grim start this morning with both kids trying to see who could wind me up most, William went to Tina's and Carys went to creche while I destressed on the treadmill. After that the day has been much better. I spent ages in the bookshop with Carys while she decided which books to spend her birthday money on. Five books later thanks to Bridget, Aunty Claire and Waterstones buy one get one for a pound offer, we set off to get some bits for the holidays that are fast appearing on the horizon. Walking past Costa I was asked 'Mummy is there any chance we could have a coffee?' Well what can you say when she asked so politely? One babychinno and a decaf latte later and we were heading home.
The afternoon consisted of a little time planting courgettes in the raised beds and then supervising 'bycling'. She is definately getting better at the balancing thing. Much less use of the stabilisers today.
Hoping bedtime having picked up William will be calm and then I can prepare for the big girls trip to London tomorrow.
