Entrapment

The torrential rain is back! No chance of a walk today so we head for Duart Castle, the ancestral home of the Clan Maclean, for a spot of inside tourism. Was this a good idea? It seemd to us that it was colder inside the castle than out!

Duart Castle was one of the locations for the 1999 film Entrapment and was also used in the 1971 film When Eight Bells Toll.

The rain relented later in the afternoon so we returned to Dervaig for a spot of birdwatching on the estuary but it looks as though most of the wildlife has been blown away.
