Oops! this HDR is not working

I got back to the office today after a week of gadding about the country attending meetings, expecting things to be fairly quiet. Instead I've mangaged to land myself with another project deaing with antitrust legislation. At least I won't have to do anything myself, just organise and co-ordinate the collection of information. No problem, with my organisational skills...

There's loads of HDR work going on again around blip world at the moment, and I noticed that Joe has been bitten by the bug, and provided a useful link. I thought I'd have a go tonight as I've just downloaded the free Photomatix Basic program that does some rudimentary tone mapping.I wasn't particularly happy with the result, so I went a bit stupid with curves in PS. It has taken too much time tonight experimenting wit stuff, so I'm going to post it anyway. I think I'll have to concentrate a bit more on the photography and less on the post-processing tricks if I want to lead any kind of life.
