The world of solids!

Millie awoke at 3.30am this morning for a feed, which is very out of character (we've been very lucky as she's slept through the night from about 7 weeks), so we decided at 17 weeks old that this was a sign that she was ready to try some solids - well if you can call sloppy baby rice, solid! She was very excited about the whole experience and did a grand job of decorating herself with it!

Went to the pool this morning and enjoyed a birthday lunch with friends, followed by an afternoon of cake and hot chocolate - yumm....
