Bupa 10,000

Woke up with abit of sore throat and sniffles. So to avoid full blown man flu I took a rest day from running or cycling so went and watched others work up a sweat instead at the Bupa 10,000. The race in London was won by Mo Farah to add to his impressive portfolio of wins this year, his finishing time was 29:15.
