On the beach
So, our class went for a bus trip to the town of Cádiz, which is quite near Seville - about 150 km from the city, actually. It was one of those bloody hot days and we were happy about our air-conditioned bus.
In Cádiz, we wandered through the town sightseeing and at last reached a sandy beach, Playa de La Caleta, where our whole class went swimming and/or sunbathing. This capture includes three dudes from my class running happily into the Atlantic Ocean. I bet they were happy about the beach day!
I tried to get tanned and lay on the beach for three hours (without sun cream), though nothing happened. I didn't even get burned - so wrong! Our teachers didn't come to the beach, because they enjoyed wandering in the city more ...which is understandable in certain occasions, when we're remembering that we had one "marathon runner" with us, eh.
After the beach, we visited a vineyard of González Byass. We had a guided tour around the yard and in the end of the tour a tasting occasion, where we had a chance to taste their well-known wine called Tío Pepe. In the evening, we went watching a traditional Spanish flamenco show, which was absolutely stunning in its glory. Good-tasting sangria and fantastic dancers - what else could you wish for?
