fridge 30.05.11

Back home after my trip away with my family. 4 days in centrparcs with 2 children under 4 years old left me a broken man.

On getting back I thought i'd better stock up my shamefully empty fridge. That said a trip to the supermarket for a few items saw me coughing up the better part of £40, how did that happen?

On the plus side I've bought a big chicken which will be going in the oven later on and which will provide me with a good 4 meals or so. I also stocked up on tasty salad stuff to take into the office for lunch during the week. After several days living on a diet of beer, snacks, gin, pub food, crisps and full strength cola I think my body will thank me for eating something green that hasn't been cooked. If it remember what it is that is.

Anyway it being the bank holiday I thought it would rain all day, but the sun has broken the rules by coming out, so I'm going to clean my windows.
