Regarding white sausage

Had a lovely day out at the Globe with a group of friends. We ended up at a beer hall place at Tower Hill which reminded us of Oktoberfest. Needless to say we drank too much. I can vouch for the white sausage, which was very, very nice. I even remembered to take the skin off this time.
