Karate Kids

I just looked through the days photos.

I took a few fairly sober shots.

Some of Beau tenderly caring for a toad which he found and some of him very sweetly using a big shell as a phone (I was going to title my blip 'shellphone'). I had it all planned.

My camera, however, is ram packed full of action shots of my children doing things I had no idea they were doing today.

Scaling trees, flying round trees, hanging out of trees from great heights and Kung Fu Fighting their way around our garden.

I offer a word of advice (in hindsight).

If your children are already obsessed with physical endurance then don't let them watch The Karate Kid before bed. Unless, of course, you enjoy the challenge of taming wild monkeys.

Tomorrow I will have my wits about me (that's if I get any sleep).
