I ate all the pie

Living in Scotland means I cannot buy this - Yorkshire Curd Cheese Cake, so in desperation I made some. Better with ricotta than the cottage cheese (made two, different recipes) but perhaps next time I'll go the whole hog and make my own curds. Whey to go (thanks to Iain for cheesy pun) :-)
