Foxglove

Today was a real lazy day of watching the F1 and doing not a lot else - Apache is still a tad under the weather but at least he's eating now. Normally in the garden I have 2 massive delphiniums which do me proud especially as I grew them from seed BUT this year they are barely peeking through the ground so I'm guessing that they won't be flowering this year - that will teach me not to forget to put manure down on the garden as mulch before winter sets in (anything else and all cats except Apache use it as a litter tray!!). My Bottle Brush tree now has 3 shoots on it and although small they look healthy, I'm so glad i neve dug it up as "dead" and threw it in the tip.
