Sanctuary

The Rietvlei Nature Reserve is a very special place. We enjoyed a leisurely drive and saw a number of the species that reside here. Infuriatingly, the rhinos were killed a while ago by poachers.

It's a treat to do a game drive with a couple of avid and experienced bird watchers; it gives the viewing an entirely new dimension.
