Melon Udrigle Beach

Power still off so felt cold this morning in the flat, and no hot water for coffee! Still windy, but set off for this beach not too far away. Luckily no showers while we walked along the sands, really lovely spot. The wind was still strong and blowing off shore so the waves were constantly being pushed back as they crashed on the shoreline.

From here we drove along the coast to Gruiard Bay for lunch and visited a waterfall before making our way back to Aultbea. Hooray, the power was back on!
