Focaccia Bread - my first attempt

On left, as it went into the oven. On the right, as it came out. Tasted bloody good. I made the dough in the bread maker.

Nice lazy day - a sleep in, some study, bit of washing, made scones, friend over for afternoon tea, kids over for dinner, mum called in.

Now just one more day off would make it perfect.....

Next weekend is Queen's Birthday observance in NZ so we get Monday off. I am having Tuesday and Wednesday off too!!
