Wildlife
When most people travel to Africa it's for the purpose of going on safari and getting up close and personal with large, wild animals. For us, it's to reconnect with my family.
These fast moving little geckos aren't something you see here in the US Midwest so I'm always delighted to run into one during our visits. They are quite plentiful and adorable, scurrying about in the garden and eating their fair share of bugs. They remind me of my childhood. This one stopped to pose a bit; how sweet. Missed the focus on his eyes by about two millimeters, though, that's manual focus for you.
