Last Minute Cake

TSP finally had a day off today and we had a lazy morning waiting for Matt to get up before we headed to the gym followed by a wee wonder round the town. Visited the shop I worked in for a while last year for the first time since I left - nothing much had changed!
It's Matt's last night in the flat with us so he decided he wanted to watch the Champions League - so I decided to bake with the little odds and ends I had left over before I head home again - need I say I only used the odds and ends that were suitable for baking....
