Home again, home again, jiggedy jog.

Today was mainly spent going up to Inverness to pick up BB from the train. Normally we would use the service all the way to Kyle of Lochalsh which is an amazing trip, anyway, meeting up in Inverness gives us the dubious benefit of picking up the groceries at Tesco.

A highlight of the trip was following a beautiful red E-Type Jaguar along the side of Loch Cluanie, where this picture was taken.

The interesting thing was how bad the car handled compared to a modern hatchback. It was amazingly fast on the straights with loads of low end power but on the bends it didn't to any better my own wee car, but how beautiful it was ..........sigh!

What a difference 40 years make.

BB just told me that she's travelled 1200 miles in three weeks. Enough is enough.
