I'm one of those nut-jobs who watches the numbers click up at the L.H.S. and think
"How can folk NOT know?"

"One of us" was hoping for a cricket match. In this weather?? Fat chance.
And we'd have had a helluva wait for 500, which I could not with a straight face claim "not out" since the 1st 365 took somewhere nearer 730 to accomplish.
I said "NAY! just pray for a small FIAT."
We had, already, decided to make a three pronged attack on the day.
1. Here for a spot of shopping, we're getting Geeta's chutney withdrawal symptoms.
Thence to
2. Pick up assorted bird food from The birds' Bistro.
Then
3. Pick up a couple of trugs of "Hoss muck" on the road back.

As one might expect, on an impending Bank holiday, Joe Public shops like they'll be shut for 3 months at least, did a circuit of the car park, no spaces, but spotted a Cinquecento type thingy 3-4 cars in, which was still there after moving to the overflow car-park and returning.

WaHEY!!!
