The Perfect Poached Egg

Today I had a go at making poached eggs for breakfast as taught to me by Graciepix. To be honest I was skeptical but it worked a treat. Line a cup with cling film, break in the egg, bring it together in a parcel and pop into rolling boiling water for two and a half minutes.

Remove and carefully peel, and voila! The Perfect Poached Egg. Thank you Graciepix.

Dinner
Halibut with seared scallops, black butter sauce and new potatoes. ( were just about to start making it.)
