Sweet Treats

Next Saturday is the Westhill Gala, and as part of the festivities my work are manning (or is it personing?!) a cake and candy stall. All proceeds will go to the Tesco charity of the year, Alzheimers Scotland.

This is my contribution. Being a lazy cook, I like to make stuff that requires little effort, and as few dirty dishes as possible! So, with that in mind, I bought three packets of marshmallows, half dipped them in chocolate, and put hundreds & thousands on top!

I did buy a bar of chocolate for each pack of marshmallows, but only needed one, so oh-dear-what-a-shame I have 2 bars of the stuff to eat! Or donate to the tombola! (just thought of that!)

So if you go to the gala next week, stop by the stall and give generously!
