I've had my eye on this boat moored at Port Seton for such a long time and was sure I'd not manage to remember when my B ..lip F..oto Number 405 came up, but hey, here it is, and Bunting decorating it too, not for my benefit of course but in aid of the 3 Harbours Arts Festival.
