Buttercup Drops

All this rain has really given me a chance to try several shots of raindrops. There are so many wild flowers around right now too, which is about all I have in my yard.

I really liked the way this buttercup shimmered with it being all wet. I can remember playing with buttercups when I was a little girl. I'm sure many of us can remember holding one under our friends chin to see it reflect and make the chin yellow. We always said that meant that you liked butter. Silly kid things, but nice memories.
