....that the winning design for our camp badge was drawn by a Scout who isn't going....genuine shame that young Stefano won't be wearing his badge on his camp hoody.

Frustrating end to the working day with a Friday afternoon complaint from the sales boys. Is the customer justified in complaining?.....no. Do we have to swallow our pride and suck up to him?....probably. Reminds me that I'd rather be working for myself.
