A Day Out

I'm feeling a bit better. I had to get out of the house to, as my late father would say, "blow off the stink" from being housebound for so long. It was nice to get out this morning.

I grabbed a bottle of water before I left because it was already approaching ninety degrees. By the time I got down to the lake, I had drunk it all. I probably should have brought another for the drive home.

It's a gorgeous day so far. I'm just going to take it easy and see where the rest of the day takes me.
