move your feet!

Me playing tennis. The rest of me was also playing tennis, but didn't make it into the picture. This is my entry for this week's Friday challenge - 'movement', as threatened a few days ago.

My third tennis session this week, plus I had a couple of hours cycling on Wednesday, so feeling a bit fitter; must keep this up.
